NICE COMEDY SKETCH
"SAME PROCEDURE AS EVERY YEAR?"
This sketch is very easy to understand even with a basic knowledge of english due to the general PHYSICAL NATURE of the comedy.
Miss Sophie has invited her friends on her 90th anniversary day, but they unfortunately all died some time ago...the dinner goes ahead as usual and her guests "are"... ( Sir Toby, Mr Winterbottom, Admiral von Scheneider, Mr Pommeroy). Butler James takes the places of all of Miss Sophie's long dead friends...
ENJOY!!!

SPOOKY MUSIC!!!
COMPOSERS SOMETIMES WRITE SPOOKY AND SCARY MUSIC TO GO WITH PLAYS, BALLETS, MOVIES, POEMS AND EVEN OPERAS ABOUT SUPERNATURAL ( NOT REAL) CREATURES AND EVENTS. SOMETIMES MUSIC "TELLS" A STORY ALL BY ITSELF, AND THAT'S HOW YOU'LL HEAR STORIES THAT INSPIRED THE MUSIC. HOW WOULD THIS SCENE HAVE SEEMED DIFFERENT WITHOUT THE MUSIC OR WITH DIFFERENT MUSIC? OFTEN, WHEN MOVIE MUSIC DOES A GOOD JOB AT HELPING TO CREATE A MOOD, YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN NOTICE IT IS THERE!
ENJOY THIS "SCARY" SCENE FROM THE GREAT DISNEY'S FILM FANTASIA

CULTURAL DIFFERENCES
INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE IS NEEDED AS THE BASIC ABILITY FOR ANY INTERACTION.
IT'S NOT ONLY NECESSARY TO HAVE SOCIAL SKILLS, BUT ALSO TO IMPROVE THE SENSITIVITY AND UNDERSTANDING FOR OTHER VALUES, VIEWS, WAYS OF LIVING AND THINKING, AS WELL AS BEING SELF-CONSCIOUS IN TRANSFERRING ONE'S OWN VALUES AND VIEWS IN A CLEAR, BUT APPROPIATE WAY.
INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE HELPS UNDERSTANDING OTHERS AND ACHIEVING GOALS.
- Find as much information as you can about these differences among people from different countries: etiquette, gestures, greetings....and of course, ENJOY !!!

MANHATTANHENGE
Manhattanhenge-sometimes referred to as the Manhattan solstice-is a circumstance which occurs twice a year, during which the setting sun aligns with the east-west streets of the main street grid in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. The neologism is derived from Stonehenge, where the sun aligns with the stones on the solstices with a similarly dramatic effect.

Dear Bretonians!
May has arrived and the end of this school year is almost over....You have learnt lots of things this year; we are working with the SIMPLE PAST in units 7 and 8 and we can summarise all you learnt with the last bilingual project: YOUR CHILDHOOD.
These are your guidelines:
- make a power point presentation about your childhood
- you can use pictures
- you can use as many slides as you want but you will have only 5 minutes
- you can write only one sentence on the slide, using the past to describe the picture
- we will see your project in the classroom and your classmates will ask you all the questions they want to understand when you finish your presentation
- it will be awesome!

BRETONIANS GO TO THE THEATRE!
DERAILED
Diamonds are Girl’s Best Friend
A kiss on the hand may be
quite gentle
But diamonds are a girl's
best friend
A kiss may be grand but
it won't pay the rental
On your humble flat, or
help you feed your pussycat
Men grow cold as girls
grow old
And we all lose our
charms in the end
But square cut or pear
shaped
These rocks don't lose
their shape
Diamonds are a girl's
best friend
Train, train, train
Train, train, train, train,
train, train
Train, train, train, train
of fools
All of this trouble
stealing the jewel,
Then I found out that you
were a fool.
I got you where I want
you!
You ain't nothing but a
fool.
You treated me sweet oh
you thought I was cool
Train, train, train, train
of fools
I got on this train
looking for a glove
But what I found was my
true love
You got me where you want
me
I ain't nothing but a
fool
I treated you sweet oh I
thought you were cool
Train, train, train, train of fools
